Lose Weight with this recipe using Green Coffee Beans. Green coffee beans can be used to assist with weight loss as they contain chlorogenic acid.

Green Coffee Extract can be made at home in just a few minutes with minimum difficulty. This recipe makes one serving which can be taken up to twice a day.

Equipment and Ingredients: 50g Green Coffee Beans, 325 ml of Water, A Small Saucepan, Sweetener (optional)

1) Place the green coffee beans and the water into the saucepan.

2) Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool for an hour.

3) Drain the liquid into a cup or glass using a sieve to remove the beans and drink!

Use bottled water for a fresher taste. You can also add a little sweetener or honey to sweeten the drink.
